Standard orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Custom engraved items require extra production time before shipment.

International shipping usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination country, local customs clearance and logistics schedule.

3. Customs & Duties

Import taxes, customs fees and local charges for international deliveries are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or cover these fees.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
